To develop such high-quality and uniform coatings, we ensure the highest level of coating quality for every painting process, including automation of paint processes, the control of temperature and humidity and the retention of uniform airflows in a booth, uniform temperature increases in the oven, and the pre-treatment and electrodepositing lines with E-DIP®.
Our goal is to help perform smooth operations using displays and records of operations or failure status, CV volumes in paint factories.

This system visualizes detailed maintenance information, unnecessary operations or cost units (facility operation analysis, preventive maintenance analysis, paint quality analysis, manufacturing cost control), by collecting further details of operation information that is stored in the facility control system.
