CONSTRUCTON COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY OF AEON MALL HUE – THE FIRST AEON MALL IN CENTRAL VIETNAM

[Hue, February 11th 2023] AEON MALL Co., Ltd. held the Construction Commencement ceremony for "AEON MALL Hue", its 7th project in Vietnam, which is scheduled to open before April 2025.
The mall is located at plot of land TM-DV7, A section, An Van Duong new urban area (An Dong ward, Hue city) with total site area of 86,216m2, total floor area of 138,000m2, gross leasable area of 51,000m2 and parking area of 2,500m2. AEON MALL Hue has the minimum investment grant of VND 3,916 billion and is expected to be open before April 2025.

The mall will create a lively and inspiring space and will serve as a regional infrastructure facility that supports the daily lives of local people and creates new lifestyles. In addition, AEONMALL Vietnam has been striving to become the first company to earn the LOTUS Gold certificate of LOTUS Green Building certification system of Vietnam, to realize a sustainable society.

Following the success of Aeon Mall Binh Tan and Aeon Mall Hai Phong Le Chan, Aeon Mall Hue is the third project that Taikisha Vietnam has been trusted and chosen as the subcontractor for mechanical work, automatic and power supply for mechanical equipment (Obayashi Vietnam corporation is General contractor). Together with clients to realize a sustainable shopping mall, with our Japan-standard specialty in M&E, we put our best effort into design and construction to minimize the CO2 emissions (for example: 100% AHU system controlled by CO2 sensors…) toward the vision of neutral carbon society development.
