Paint booths consume the largest amount of energy among paint processes.
We provide booth interior environments to achieve high-quality painting while offering various energy-saving solutions.
This section introduces our high-performance CIRCULA scrubber and energy-saving technologies (exhaust recycling, HVCA control, etc.).

Paint Booth Exhaust Recycling System
Our solution is to recycle exhaust from a paint booth and reduce air-conditioning energy consumption.
By introducing heat pumps to the heat source of the recycling HVAC system, we aim to further achieve energy conservation and CO2 reduction.
Low-noise low-humidity flash-off device
As water-based paint has become more common, there is generally a water evaporation process (flash-off) in automotive paint processes after painting. With water-based paint flash-off facilities as well, use of heat pumps for dehumidification brings efficient water evaporation at low temperature and low humidity. In addition, its cost-efficient performance is well proved because it allows you to skip the cooling process that usually takes place after the flash-off process.

Compact Type Paint Booth
In a pit-type paint booth, the height of the scrubbing chamber, which affects the depth of the pit, matters.
This compact type paint booth minimizes the height of the scrubbing chamber, while ensuring optimal dust removing performance and serviceability.

Compact, High Performance & Low Noise
Solving the issue of pollution is a worldwide challenge. Dust particles from booth exhausts constitute a serious problem through their effects on the local neighborhood and through the drift hazard effect on manufactured and parked vehicles.
Meanwhile, dust particles in exhaust gases are always an obstacle to the VOC treatment and the recycling of booth exhaust.
Even if applying a pre-treatment with means such as dry filters, the dust filtering efficiency of a booth scrubber itself needs to be enhanced. Our CIRCULA W-type Scrubber is a compact, high-performance, and low-noise scrubber that has passed all of performance tests defined by the American Big Three automakers.
Dry Car
Dry Car is the paint finishing booth that uses a special paper filter to collect overspray paints produced in painting booths. The filter basically consists of three layers with a special filter used for the first layer, and ensures stable dust removal performance. An automatic or semi-automatic replacement system designed to further facilitate filter replacement is also available as an option in response to a wide spectrum of customer needs and requests.
