In 2022, Taikisha Vietnam Engineering Inc. (TVE) launched an Organization Development (OD) Project, setting the stage for a new era of success and growth. Now in its third year, the project has already made significant strides in transforming TVE's organizational culture and operational effectiveness.

With a clear vision, a strategic roadmap, and a dedicated team of changemakers driving the initiative forward, TVE is poised to unleash its full potential and chart a course towards a future defined by excellence, innovation and sustainable growth.

The OD Project embodies TVE’s commitment to continuous improvement and building a sustainable future for TVE. It has two major objectives:

1. Strengthening management capacity: aiming to equip managers with methodologies and practical management skills.

2. Aiming for TVE to be operated by Vietnamese by 2027.

The OD Project is a comprehensive three-phase program, facilitated by consultants, working closely with all TVE’s head of departments and project managers to ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Here is a breakdown of each phase:

Phase 1: Grasping the current status.

Phase 2: Awareness and enlightenment of leadership and making organizational high concepts.

Phase 3: Strengthening practice for demonstrating leadership.

TVE believes that the greatest asset is people. By investing in their development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, TVE is confident that this OD Project will lead to a stronger, more resilient organization where success knows no bounds.

We look forward to sharing our progress and celebrating the milestones achieved through this initiative.
