TAIKISHA VIETNAM SEND STAFF TO JAPAN FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PROGRAM

[Vienam, April 22] In April, Taikisha Vietnam has sent 02 potential engineers to work and attend training at the Mother company.

Nguyen Trong Hiep, graduated with a major in Engineering Systems in Construction, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering; received the 24th Loa Thanh Award at Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam, awarded by the Vietnam Construction General Association - Vietnam Architects Association - Ministry of Construction for the national excellent student graduation project in Engineering Fields 2012. Hiep joined Taikisha Vietnam in August 2012 and has nearly 10 years experiences in project design, construction, and site management in many major projects of Taikisha Hanoi.

Tran Huu Tri, a graduate of Heat and Refrigeration Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, started working for Taikisha Vietnam in 2017 and participated in the design and construction of many large projects of Taikisha in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.

Along with numerous of employees from branches of Taikisha Group around the world, Hiep and Tri participate in the internal training course of Taikisha Japan lasting for 2 years on Design of air conditioning - ventilation systems, Water supply and drainage system, Auxiliary system for production machines, Fire safety system, Electrical system, Automatic control, BMS, Clean room system, Central heating system, Dust treatment system...

This is the first time that the Mother Company organizes an internal training course for potential engineers with the aim of nurturing the seed human resources to spread the Group's business philosophy, work standards and cultures to all Taikisha branches in other countries.

“We are very honored to be appointed to study and work in Japan. Although there are still many difficulties such as culture gaps and language barriers... but we always try and believe that we will adapt quickly and gain new knowledge, thus dedicate ourselves to the development of Taikisha Vietnam in particular and Taikisha Group in general.” – Hiep said.

It is expected that the second training course will be held in 2024 and turn into an important program in the human resource development strategy of Taikisha Corporation.
