The success stories of Taikisha Vietnam Engineering Inc.’s staff after 2-year training in Japan

Taikisha Vietnam Engineering Inc. (TVE) celebrates the success of its participation in the On- Job Training (OJT) Program, as exemplified by the career progression of Mr. Trong Hiep and Mr. Huu Tri. Their journey showcases the OJT program’s effectiveness in developing future leaders through an intensive two-year experience.

Mr. Trong Hiep and Mr. Huu Tri, who began the OJT program in April 2022, have successfully completed the two-year training and returned to TVE in April 2024. Their experience demonstrates the OJT program’s ability to provide comprehensive skill development and prepare participants for key roles in the company.

“Thanks to 2-year training in Japan, I have learned many new technical skills, met new people and had new experiences. This opportunity has significantly broadened my horizons both professionally and personally” says Mr. Huu Tri.

“During 2-year training in Japan, I have gained insights into TKS’s management system study such as management work and working report. Moreover, I have improved project design management skills and applied knowledge to work in Vietnam. In addition to knowledge & skills, I also have made friends with many trainees & employees in other Taikisha subsidiaries” says Mr. Trong Hiep.
