Job Description:
- Network & Security: Operate and monitor Firewall systems, Access Point (AP) infrastructure and VPN solutions for secure remote access.
- Storage Management: Administer and maintain NAS systems to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Identity & Cloud: Administer Active Directory (AD) and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including device management via Microsoft Intune.
- End-user Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and handle technical installations for empoyees.
- Field Maintenance: Conduct periodic maintenance, equipment audits and repairs at various project sites.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by Managers.
Job Requirements:
- Male; Age under 30 years old;
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Networking
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Networking (Firewall/VPN), Windows Server/AD, and Cloud Management (M365/Intune).
- Mobility: Ready for field trips to project sites for technical maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, self-driven, and customer service mindset.
