At TVE, we foster and maintain a work environment where safety awareness is the foundation and safe behaviors are encouraged. Our philosophy extends beyond mere compliance; we proactively build a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, partners, and the community through effective prevention and protection measures.

Concurrently, we resolutely pursue environmental initiatives. TVE not only invests in the research and development of new green technologies but also continuously improves our operational processes to minimize environmental impact, driving toward sustainable development.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System

TVE's HSE management system is built upon the international standards of ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems).

We are proud to be one of the first companies in Vietnam's construction industry to be certified for both of these systems by the British Standards Institution (BSI). To ensure consistent and effective implementation, our HSE Department was established to report directly to the Board of Directors and is supported by dedicated HSE teams at each project site.
