JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Review, drafting, support the negotiation and management of commercial contracts, including bidding documents, construction contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and other corporate legal documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to facilitate contract negotiations and ensure legal and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Develop, review, and update company policies and internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/ Female; Age under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred major in Economic Law or Commercial Law).
- Proven working experience in legal consulting or corporate legal affairs (candidates with experience in construction, MEP, or engineering sectors are highly preferred); Prior experience or deep understanding of developing management procedures and conducting internal audits under ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
- Good understanding in construction law, and ability to communicate effectively in professional English is a strong plus. Strong contract drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working under high pressure; possess a cautious, meticulous mindset and strong information confidentiality skills.
