New Purpose, Vision and Values – Connecting One Taikisha for the Future

Amid a rapidly changing global business environment, Taikisha Group is entering a new phase of development with a long-term vision toward 2035, focusing on innovation, strengthening global capabilities, and creating sustainable value for customers and society.

To align strategic direction and establish a common cultural foundation across the Group, Taikisha has developed a new set of Purpose, Vision and Values (PVV). PVV serves as a foundation connecting Taikisha’s strategy, people, and corporate culture, enabling each member to take appropriate actions, make informed decisions, and contribute to the Group’s shared goals.

Group discussion activities

As part of the global PVV communication program being implemented across Taikisha Group companies worldwide, representatives from Taikisha Group visited Taikisha Vietnam to introduce and share the meaning and direction behind the new PVV framework.

The program was attended by:

• Mr. Yoshihiro Matsuda – Director, Managing Corporate Officer / Chief Executive, Corporate Planning Headquarters, responsible for Sustainability Promotion
• Mr. Kazuhiro Kayano – Vice Chief Executive, Corporate Planning Headquarters

together with colleagues responsible for PVV implementation from Taikisha Group, as well as department heads and project managers from Taikisha Vietnam.

In addition to sharing the Group’s development direction, core values, and the significance of the new PVV, the program included interactive activities and group discussions to help participants gain deeper understanding of the shared values, connect them with their daily work, and recognize each individual’s role in Taikisha’s future growth journey.

Through the program, Taikisha Vietnam members had the opportunity to directly exchange ideas with representatives from Taikisha Group, share perspectives, and discuss ways to promote and embed PVV values into the workplace. The program also provided a foundation for each member to connect their daily responsibilities with the One Taikisha spirit, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership across the organization.

With the foundation of “Protect TAIKI, Pioneer the Future” and the spirit of “One Taikisha – One Team,” Taikisha Vietnam will continue to work together with Taikisha Group in its journey of innovation, sustainable growth, and strengthening capabilities to create new value for customers, partners, and society.
