President Osada visited Taikisha Vietnam and shared Taikisha’s long-term vision
On July 10, 2025, Taikisha Vietnam was honored to welcome Mr. Masashi Osada, President of Taikisha Ltd. The visit was part of his Southeast Asia trip to share Taikisha’s future direction and strengthen alignment across regions.
President Osada introduced the 10-Year Plan 2035, a strategic roadmap guiding Taikisha through transformation, investment, and global expansion. The company is committed to delivering future-ready engineering solutions that address emerging needs in high-tech and environmentally driven industries.
He emphasized the need for organizational agility and innovation. The culture of “Open-mindedness, a challenging spirit, and a commitment to quick responses” remains central to the company’s long-term vision. Collaboration and human capital development are critical to making that vision a reality.
The Medium-Term Business Plan (FY2025–2027) was presented with key priorities including digital transformation, modular construction, talent mobility, and strengthening ASEAN operations. The plan reflects a clear shift toward advanced technologies and sustainable engineering.
In the closing discussion session, local teams shared ideas on market opportunities, human capital development, and practical needs for closer two-way communication with headquarters. The exchange reflected a strong sense of ownership and alignment with the Group’s strategic direction.
President Osada’s visit reaffirmed Taikisha Vietnam’s role in the Taikisha’s regional growth. It also strengthened the shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and forward-thinking strategy.
