QS Staff (01 Staff)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Bidding process & Pre-contract:
+ Review Tender Documents, Owner's requirements, and comercial conditions to fully understand the scope of work and project requirements.
+ Participate in reviewing the tender requirements to ensure compliance: ensure full preparation of documents, BOQ, technical materials, and cost data in the tender submission.
+ Participate in clarification and negotiation after tender submission, and respond to the Owner's requests.
- Checking, reviewing project settlement documents (all works categories).
- Participate in handling disputes related to contract;
- Propose cost improvement measures for future projects.
- Support in Negotiation and Contract Administration.
- Details will be discussed more in the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male; Age under 35 years old;
- Bachelor, Engineer degree, graduated in Construction engineering, Environment engineering, Mechanical, Electrical;
- At least 3 years of experience in same position;
- Good computer skills: MS Office: Word, Excel...
- Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese;
