During these sessions, contents related to policies, benefits, and regulations are clearly conveyed. Simultaneously, it opens a space for frank discussion where employees can ask questions, share perspectives, and propose improvements. All feedback is recorded and serves as a basis for the company to continue refining policies to better align with operational reality.
