Taikisha Vietnam accompanies thermal engineering & refrigeration technology students through the 2025 scholarship program

In November 2025, Taikisha Vietnam cooperated with three leading technical universities, including the University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – Vietnam National University, to implement a scholarship and career orientation program for students majoring in thermal engineering and refrigeration technology. With the objective of strengthening collaboration between industry and academia, the program is an annual initiative that reflects Taikisha Vietnam’s commitment to social contribution. The program aims to support outstanding students, encourage those facing financial difficulties, bridge the gap between academic study and real-world working environments, and gradually attract potential engineering talents to the company in the future.

Taikisha Vietnam awarded scholarships valued at VND 10,000,000 each to students who demonstrated excellent academic performance, strong motivation, and perseverance in overcoming challenges. Beyond financial support, these scholarships serve as meaningful recognition and encouragement for students’ continuous efforts in learning and self-development.

Alongside the scholarship awards, Taikisha Vietnam also delivered career orientation sessions to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the modern MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) industry. The sessions covered:

• An overview of the MEP industry and technical requirements for industrial projects
• Career opportunities and working environment at Taikisha Vietnam
• Career development pathways for young engineers
• Training and practical guidance programs for interns and newly graduated engineers, supporting their gradual adaptation to project environments and professional requirements at Taikisha Vietnam

These sessions helped students better understand the competencies required, recruitment trends, and essential skills needed to confidently enter a highly competitive labor market.

In the coming period, Taikisha Vietnam will continue to strengthen cooperation with universities nationwide, progressively developing a young technical workforce equipped with solid knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience, ready to accompany and grow together with the company in the future.
