Taikisha Vietnam demonstrates technical excellence in the PepsiCo Ninh Binh food factory project

On November 25, Taikisha Vietnam was honored to attend the inauguration ceremony of the PepsiCo Ninh Binh Food Factory, located in the expanded Dong Van I Industrial Park (Dong Van Ward, Ninh Binh Province). The event marks an important milestone in PepsiCo’s manufacturing strategy in Vietnam.

With a total investment of USD 90 million (approximately VND 2,269 billion), the project covers nearly 8 hectares and features an annual production capacity of over 25,000 tons of snacks. The facility is expected to become a key manufacturing hub for PepsiCo Foods in Vietnam.

Taikisha Vietnam was entrusted with executing several critical MEP/HVAC and production line packages, including:

• Installation of production lines and packaging systems
• Installation of automated production control systems
• Construction and installation of FM-standard and food-grade panel ceilings
• Supply and installation of auxiliary systems for the production line (electricity – air – water)
• Implementation of the HVAC system for the cold storage warehouse

All packages were delivered by Taikisha Vietnam in a synchronized manner, ensuring efficiency and seamless system integration.

The production line installation package represented a new and challenging scope for Taikisha Vietnam. To master the technology and optimize implementation solutions, Taikisha engineers conducted on-site studies at PepsiCo Indonesia to analyze and better understand the operational model.

Furthermore, Taikisha Vietnam collaborated closely with expert teams from equipment suppliers across the UK, the US, Germany, India, China, Thailand, and other countries, fostering a highly professional and effective working environment.

By applying advanced, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly engineering solutions, all scopes executed by Taikisha Vietnam operated smoothly and were completed ahead of schedule. This contributed to the entire project being completed in just over 51 weeks — a record within the Asia–Pacific region. This achievement stands as a clear testament to Taikisha Vietnam’s capability in delivering international-standard MEP/HVAC projects that meet the stringent technical requirements of the food manufacturing industry.
