Taikisha Vietnam: Investing in Human Resource Development through On-Job-Training Program in Japan (2023–2025)

Taikisha Vietnam consistently regards investment in human resources as a core strategic priority. The On-Job-Training (OJT) program in Japan stands as a clear testament to this commitment, with four employees from Hanoi and five employees from Ho Chi Minh City selected to participate. Through the OJT program, Taikisha Vietnam employees have the opportunity to strengthen their professional expertise, gain exposure to advanced knowledge and technologies, and immerse themselves in Japan’s highly disciplined and professional working culture.

Mr. Tran Anh Si, an engineer participating in the 2023–2025 OJT program, shared:

“During projects in Ibaraki and Niigata, I was able to enhance my professional capabilities through detailed planning, progress management, and quality and safety control under rigorous standards. I also gained access to new knowledge and technologies in project management and engineering. In addition, the Japanese language course at the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) helped me improve my Japanese proficiency and deeply experience Japan’s professional work culture, while fostering the mindset of ‘doing things right from the very beginning’.”

Mr. Tran Anh Son, another participant in the 2023–2025 OJT program, emphasized:

“The OJT program helped me reinforce my technical foundation while gaining exposure to new projects and technologies. I learned how to communicate clearly, address issues accurately, and respect cultural diversity. This experience shaped a scientific working mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to apply acquired knowledge effectively to projects in Vietnam.”
