At Taikisha Vietnam Engineering Inc., we are dedicated to upholding ethical labor practices and ensuring compliance with international human rights standards. As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, we strictly enforce the following policy regarding child labor and forced labor:
a.We will not approve of harmful and exploitative child labor involving children below the minimum age of employment that will be harmful to physical, mental,moral, and other social development of children, and unjust labor such as forced hard labor, as it infringes on the basic human rights.
b. We will not purchase materials and products, etc. that were produced by child labor and forced labor.
We are committed to ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and business partners adhere to this policy. Any violations will be subject to strict corrective measures, including but not limited to the termination of business relationships. Through this policy, we reaffirm our dedication to ethical business operations and the protection of fundamental human rights.
