TVE organize Annual Compliance workshop and Staff meeting

This is an annual event that helps TVE employees to be fully aware of compliance, understand and identify compliance risks and be guided with the process of dealing with compliance issues.
In addition, employees were updated with legal changes related to labor law and improvement in TVE's 3Ps salary system.
Instead of organizing a corporate-wide workshop, the HR department met directly the project teams in order to have close discussion with staff and be able to respond to their questions promptly.
As a result, the attendance rate for the whole company was 248 out of total 273 employees, achieving a 90% completion rate.
